Team Cake is headed back to Ireland for the Irish Open, playing live in Dublin, April 9th to 13th 2009. The Irish Open is a five tournament, five day event, featuring a €3 Million Guaranteed prize pool. Hosted by CityWest Hotel, the Irish Open is surrounded by the rolling hills, golf courses and true Irish pubfare, creating a unqiue European tournament experience for all.
Each Cake Poker $7000 Irish Open Prize Package includes:

- Players must be 18 years of age at the time the Irish Open 2009 tournament commences. Players will be required to show a valid piece of photo I.D. before receiving their seat & table assignments.
- Employees and immediate family members of employees of Cake Gaming N.V., the Cake Poker Network and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
- By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by the Cake Poker.
- Cake Poker reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
- Players may not transfer, sell or award their Cake Poker Irish Poker 2009 prize package to anyone else.
- Players in the Irish Open main event qualifiers understand that they will play in the Irish Open main event , April 9th to 13th, 2009 in Dublin, Ireland. Players unable to travel and play in the Irish Open main event will forfeit the seat portion of their prize package.
- Players are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Players are advised to check Visa and Passport requirements for entering Ireland.
- Cake Poker is responsible for player’s registration in the 2009 Irish Open €3200 (+€300) main event and registration for four nights accommodation at CityWest Hotel in Dublin, Ireland. Reservation dates will be made for players to check in Thursday, April 9th and check-out Monday, April 13th.
- Cake Poker agrees to pay $1400 USD to the winner’s Real Money Account Balance upon completion of the online tournament win, when valid proof of age is received (valid piece of Photo ID). Identification must match the personal detail as displayed on the winner's Cake Poker real money player's account.
- Players competing in the Irish Open 2009 main event agree to wear at least one visible piece of Cake Poker logo gear during all time spent in the main event, where permitted by the host casino, CityWest Hotel and local filming authorities.
- One Irish Open 2009 Prize Package on the Cake Poker Network per player will be permitted.
- As an Irish Open 2009 Prize Package winner on the Cake Poker Network, the player agrees to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Irish Open tournament.
- Cake Poker management decisions are final.
