Last year Team Cake competed in the $1500 NL Event plus the Championship tournament. In fact, over half of Cake's qualifiers freerolled their way in via an exclusive set of Cake Reward events. Congratulations to Cake player Aletheia who parlayed a Gold Card freeroll in to over $36,000 for a 12th place finish in Event 52.

- All players must be 21 years of age in order to play in the World Series of Poker* satellite events. Should a player win a seat to a land based event and such player does not meet the legal age required to participate in the event, then their seat shall be forfeited without compensation. All players will be required to produce proof of age (passport or other valid picture ID).
- Employees and immediate family members of employees of Cake Gaming N.V. and its associated companies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion.
- Cake Gaming N.V. reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without notice where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. Cake Gaming N.V. does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
- Players participating in WSOP* qualifiers agree to the terms and conditions of the Cake Poker.com Player Agreement.
- By participating in a Cake WSOP* qualifying tournament, you grant Cake Gaming N.V. the right to use your name and likeness for future promotional purposes without further compensation.
- Players who qualify for a WSOP* event on Cake Poker.com agree to wear Cake Poker.net apparel for the duration of the event when permitted to do so by the tournament rules. Apparel will be supplied by Cake Gaming N.V. before the commencement of the tournament.
- Players note that the World Series of Poker* and Harrah's organization will require them to sign an agreement or waiver to participate in the event that may include permission to film and broadcast. Cake owes no compensation to the player should they not wish to adhere to this third party agreement.
- WSOP* prize packages are non redeemable for cash value and are non transferable. The name and person registered on the player's account must participate in the live event.
- One WSOP* 2009 Prize Package will be permitted per player across the Cake Poker Network.
- Cake Gaming N.V. Management decisions are final on all matters related to the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
